MINUTES OF MOLASH PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
On Thursday 6th August 2015 @ 7.30pm

1. Minutes
The minutes of the last meeting were previously read and agreed.
2. Matters arising
Village Green Parking – The title number for the layby has now been ascertained and the application for the registration of the land can now go ahead.
Flooding –
Tower Farm – works scheduled
Little Guzzels, Nut Trees and Broken drain in Shottenden Lane is “under investigation”
Drain at Howletts Farm has silted up. Reported to KCC 6 months ago. To be followed up.
Vegetation – ABC have cut the vegetation obscuring the exit of Church Lane.
Parish Clerk – No firm application for the vacancy has been received.
Village Plan – The official boundaries of the Village are to be ascertained.
3. Planning
No new applications received.
4. Parish Meeting Dates
It has been decided to change the Parish meeting date to the 2nd Thursday of the month to avoid clashing with Chilham Parish meetings and to enable the Ward Member to attend both meetings.
5. Any Other Business
Electronic Road sign – KCC are to be asked if they can cut back the vegetation that is obscuring the sign.
Parish Forum – Geoff reported on a meeting that he had attended
