1. Minutes
The minutes of the last meeting were read and agreed.
2. Matters arising
Village Green Parking – PC has emailed Mr Stanford offering assistance with completion of the forms. No update to report
Flooding & Roads –
KCC website says-
“Works completed” at Nut Trees and Little Guzzells – this is not the case and will be reported again.
The protruding drain cover in Shottenden Lane – repairs on-going
Pond A252 – under investigation
Speed sign A252 – enquiry resolved
Rosemead – under investigation
Direction sign A252/Shottenden Lane – work done
Shottenden Lane name sign – has been demolished and awaits repairs by ABC
3. Planning
New application – Harbour Farm – new barn construction – MPC supported this application, but ABC have issued a notice of refusal
Foodari – there is now a dispute as to who is responsible for the upkeep of the passing bays as it appears that ABC may not have communicated to Foodari that a s278 notice was required.

UK Power Networks – advice re Priority Service Register for vulnerable residents in the event of network power loss.
KCC – Property owners responsibility re vegetation overhanging the public highway
5. Any other Business
Maple Barn – Works commenced are within planning consent
Queens 90th Birthday celebrations – It’s not possible to get many responses from the survey of residents and therefore, to ascertain how much interest there would be.
AGM – Molash AGM will be held in the village hall on 12th May at 7.30pm.
KALC reported that in future local councils may take on work currently done by KCC Highways and obviously be paid for it. It is early days in discussion of the project.
KALC new web page is under construction.
KALC reported that all Kent Fire and Rescue tenders have defibrillators on board.
GJ requested that MPC donate the usual £100 to help fund the grass cutting at the church.
JP to check records to see if any other local groups receive any grants at this time of year.
JP requested £40 to cover the cost of mowing around the village hall and memorial.
SD is now on the Policy & Planning Task Group, the Compliance and Enforcement group has been upgraded. He is also on the Armed Forces Disadvantaged group.
SW suggested that a full set of accounts for the last year of the Forester be requested of Challock PC, as all income and expenditure for the period should now be in.
